white craft glue

orange paper twist
package of large moveable plastic eyeballs
white foam core board
black sharpie pen
cut with pinking shears (several hundred squares) 4" x 4" square pieces of material

Take one square of material, put pencil point in center of reverse side and pull four corners up around pencil. Dip material point in glue and then force into straw wreath about halfway down. When material is in, slip pencil out easily. Keep forcing material into wreath closely and alternate between the two colors, until the wreath is covered with material on front and sides. Make a bow out of paper twist and glue to bottom of wreath. You can then glue eye balls on tip of several material ends. Cut three ghosts of foam board and glue at top of wreath. Draw eyes and mouth with sharpie.
